This year, we have witnessed an incredible term filled with steady growth, meaningful connections, and an overall INSANE impact. Through dedication, teamwork, and innovative leadership, we are thrilled to conclude a year of commitment to strengthening Jewish teen leadership worldwide in numerous ways.

One of the most exciting achievements of the year has been the steady rise in CLTC registrations and engagement. Over 360 teens will get to experience the magic of CLTC this summer, all thanks to our incredible coordinating team (shoutout Lindsey, Harry, Mia, Dylan, Zara, and Alex!) Additionally, over 30 global teens will be joining this is monumental! More Morim, leadership staff, and chapter leaders are committing their time and energy to developing essential leadership skills. This drove not only the movement but our network to push for greater attendance. This dedication not only deepens the leadership pipeline but also creates enthusiasm and passion that will drive BBYO’s mission forward.

Next, collaboration and communication have been central to this year’s success. We increased our focus on counterpart conversations—meaningful dialogues between international, regional, and local leadership—to align goals and share best practices. These enhanced communications paved the way for numerous regional wins. Chapters across the globe saw tangible growth, improved programming, and greater community impact than ever before. This culture of open dialogue and partnership has elevated BBYO’s collective ability to thrive.

Membership growth continues to be at the center of BBYO, which has allowed more Jewish teams to have incredible experiences, grow our movement, and bring us closer. This year, we spearheaded initiatives that led to a significant increase in membership and active participation in BBYO chapters worldwide. In numbers: our membership has grown 1.75% compared to last year, and we are over 99.4% of the way to our goal, which is HUGE momentum. By creating inclusive, engaging, and relevant Jewish experiences, we have welcomed a broader and more diverse group of teens eager to connect, lead, and grow within the movement.

Small communities often face unique challenges in maintaining momentum, but our targeted efforts to support these chapters have resulted in notable increases in both size and involvement. Through tailored programming, personalized mentorship, and dedicated resources, smaller chapters not only grew their membership but also saw enhanced participation and leadership development. From El Paso playing a huge participatory role in Lonestar, to Gainesville becoming the fastest growing chapter in NFR, to the first ever Chapter Founders Summit, and everything in between, our small cities thrived. This tremendous win reflects BBYO’s commitment to ensuring Jewish leadership opportunities are accessible and vibrant in every community, regardless of size.

The past year serving you has been one of the greatest blessings and honors of our lives. We are so proud of the work we were able to achieve and the growth we have built to set up BBYO for the future. Thank you all for your dedication and hard work alongside us, and we can’t wait to see what happens next, especially with such great successors in Nathan and Daphne! Here’s to 100 more!

Frats & Undying Love,

Aleph William Maxim Schecter, your 34th Grand Aleph Moreh

Abigail Jillian Bluestein, your 33rd International Aym Ha’Chaverot
