According to the band The Cure Friday, I'm in love. The song could not be more right. Not only is that an awesome song for BBYO’s International Convention, Friday you could fall in love because it is Leads day. Leads is a day to showcase the best that our Movement has to offer. I want to highlight one of the two options you can choose to definitely have butterflies in your stomach that Friday; The Leadership Labs. With over 40 options to choose from, Friday has everything for you to fall in love with.

If you want to fall even deeper in love, you can sign up to be a Leads track host. Hosts are a key part of making leads day track day amazing. Not only do you get to work with amazing people from all over the world and learn amazing leadership skills, you get to work hand in hand with experts in different fields.

From Israel to cooking and esports, I know there is a leadership plan waiting for you to lead it and that will make you officially part of leading one of BBYO biggest events to date. For this role we need you present at IC, if you aren't, don't worry keep a look for next year's amazing Leadership lab opportunities.

We anticipate 4-7 hours of work ahead of your arrival in Dallas where we will not only finally meet in person once again but we and teens from all over the globe will be able to see and experience the best Friday yet. Apply here!

Even if you are not interested in leading and hosting a track if you are going to IC please fill out your delegate survey. Although it can look (it isn't), please do so that we can learn a little more about your preferences for International Convention, be sure to fill out the IC Delegate Survey by Wednesday, January 4
